Kiserian FC are winners of KK Cup

Kiserian FC are winners of Kiserian Kids Challenge Cup (KK Cup) after beating Red scorpion to 3:2 in penalties.

The two teams had shown their equal mighties with 0:0 at full time and added time.

Two players were chosen from the teams to play in Kajiado stars that will play with some of Kenya premier leagues teams for players to be featured in the clubs.

Speaking after awarding the winning team their trophy in Kiserian Grounds, Chairman Operation Kids Organization Haron Oenga said that the tournament mission is to empower youths in the region.

Oenga said that youths in the region have talents that needs to be natured by all stakeholders.

The tournament is run by Japhet Maina a player and Paulina Maina who is a referee.

In the ongoing Kajiado Provincial League Rongai all Stars beat Kajiado Joint Stars 2:0 in Nakeel grounds. 

Kajiado County Football Kenya Federation (FKF) chairman Moses Kamalik who attended the match said that any tournament to be held in the county should be approved by FKF.

Kamalik said that objectives and recognition of sponsors of any tournament must be revealed after payment of FKF fee. 

He urged football clubs to prepare themselves for Chairman Cup Tournament, county Champions in Kimana, ongoing Provincial League, and Speaker Ojoi Tournament and under 14 tournaments.

The chairman disclosed that coaching for referees will be done on October this year urging stakeholders and the community at large to offer sponsorship to the clubs to enhance football in the county
